No date but would suggest between 1954 and 1959 given that the page number of this volume at 104 sits between the 1954 edition of 63 pages and 1959 of 120. Condition: Wear and creases to the cover boards with two small tears on front cover and some delamination on the corners. There is evidence of damp to the bottom of the book most of the way through. The rear facing page has come away from the ring binder.
