Klemt Echolette NG51 Tape Delay M100 For sale is a rare vintage Klemt Echolette M100 hybrid tube amplifier + NG51 analog tape delay. What makes this set-up extra special is it includes the original case to hold both units along with original sliding removable case lid / doors. It's in excellent shape, especially considering its age. Unfortunately it is not fully functional. We have 20 tech hours total put into servicing at this point and $150 in parts costs. After the number of hours invested plus purchase price we are losing money on this one. Tech work includes: - all electrolytics has been replaced on both units - IEC connectors have been added. - New tape look for NG51 - both units have had the tubes pulled and reassembled. Final assessment: The NG51 we think needs new tape heads. The unit powers up but the tape delay sound was distorted and wobbly. The tape heads seem to be eating the tape. The M-100 has a bulb in the output amp broken and appears to be missing two transistors (schematics are available). A fuse holder pin is broken and will need to be replaced. We have not had time to finish servicing these as we are moving on to other projects, so they are being sold as-is, for parts/repairs, no warranties, guarantees, refunds or returns.
