It has yellowed a bit from age. It is used with your Model 1914's 4-step built-in buttonhole system. It has 2 grooves on the bottom to accommodate the buttonhole stitches. If you want to use your machine's built-in buttonhole system for buttonholes less than 2" long, you need to use your zigzag presser foot (not included) and the plastic buttonhole guide (not included).
