Julia's Sassy Dip Recipes 1 packet of Sassy Chipotle Dip Mix with any of the following or a combination of them: 2 - 8oz packages of cream cheese (for more "Sass", use 1 package, for less "Sass" , use 3 packages), OR 16 oz Greek Yogurt, OR 16oz Sour Cream, OR Mayonaise, OR Butter, OR Olive Oil You can stop here and enjoy a tasty snack or spread on wraps, bagels, sandwiches or with pretzels, crackers or chips. Sassy Chipotle Dip can be served hot or cold with one of these Sassy and delicious recipes: Sassy Chipotle Pimento Cheese Make basic Recipe (see above) and then add: 8oz bag of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese Large jar of pimentos Directions: Mix all these ingredients together. It is ideal for mixture to chill for a couple of hours so that flavors have time to meld together. This spread is absolutely wonderful served hot with tortilla chips! Sassy Fiesta Bake Dip Make basic recipe* and add, 2 cups of diced cooked chicken (or 2 large cans of premium white chicken) 1 jar of Red's Sweet Salsa (or your favorite salsa) 1 can of black beans, drained 1 can of yellow or white corn, drained 8oz bag of mexican blend cheese, shredded For this dip, I like to use 3 - 8oz blocks of cream cheese, 8oz of Sour Cream, 1 Tbs of Sassy Roasted Garlic, 1 Tbs of Sassy Sweet Onion and 1 Tbs of Sassy Chipotle. Directions: Mix well. Spread mix into casserole dish, bake at 350 degrees until thoroughly heated and serve with tortillas. Outstanding!
