Description: Wonderful & Collectible John McDermott (American, b. 1956), Framed and signed Digital Reproduction of an original silver gelatin photo print. Know as the Ansel Adams of Angkor Wat for his black and white landscapes, the photo is signed in pencil lower right and is double matted. Frame measures 19 ¾” x 17 ¾” (photo sight measures 8” x 5 ½”). Piece is in Excellent condition, frame has some damage on the bottom edge, photo has not been examined outside of frame. The image was part of a fine art series of photographs on cultural heritage in Asia by John McDermott. ‘John McDermott's large format Angkor prints are on display as part of the permanent collection at the National Museum in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. His photographs are held in private collections worldwide and have been printed in numerous books and publications.
