The 7th picture above shows where the soft paper cover is coming undone a bit from the spine.. The pages are all intact and they feel secure and sturdy. The back of the book has a pocket and there are some fold out diagrams in them.. This book has been wet at some point over the years.. For the most part the inside pages look in great condition.. But there are some water spots in the book.. There is also a fold out that I tried folding out but it was sticking (because the water dried on it I'm guess) I didn't finish trying to open it, I didn't want to mess it up. There is also a page that is sticking out a bit, I took a picture of it. I don't know if t belongs in this book or not but I just placed it back inside.
