It is still protected by shrinkwrap (and also comes in a plastic sleeve for extra protection). The cover is the 1980s reissue version with a UPC code on the reverse side. NOTE: the vinyl will still be in the sleeve to maintain shape and stability of the sleeve...but it is slightly warped and does not play properly.
