The main purpose was to promote and assist movie critics with their reviews. Before the digital age materials were hard copies. Images were photos and production notes were paper printed in folders and physically mailed to media outlets. Considering that some of these materials are nearly 40 years old they are in very good condition. Materials, mostly the folders and notes may show wear from original mailing, content use and years of storage.
