Description: This is a left-hand storage compartment switch mounting kit for Jeep® Grand Cherokee® (2005-2007 model years only). The switch mounting plate and backing plate are manufactured from high-strength plastic with brass threaded inserts. The plates have a carbon-fiber like surface texture. (not real carbon fiber) Included are (1) Switch mounting plate, (1) Backing plate, (4) #8-32 x 1-1/2 Hex Socket Screws, (4) #8 Flat washers. Hardware is black oxide coated to resist corrosion. This kit allows you to mount 5 rectangular switches measuring .830" x 1.45" (21.08mm x 36.83mm)Switch brands such as Carling®, OTRATTW® will fit. SWITCHES ARE NOT INCLUDED. YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE LEFT-HAND STORAGE COMPARTMENT TO INSTALL THIS KIT - THE COMPARTMENT SIMPLY POPS OUT FROM BEHIND. A 9/64" Hex Wrench is required for installation (not included)
