Description: Jazzy select aftermarket joystick 3 & 4 Pin D50901.01 & D51157 For power Wheelchair. This is a aftermarket joystick that will work with both 3 pin D50901.01 and 4 pin jazzy power chairs joystick numbers D50901.01 D51157.01 D51157.02 D51157.03 This will only work with the motors with the square plugs. If you have the flat plugs which are found on most jazzy elite or select elite wheelchairs then it will not work on your setup. Please see our pictures This joystick has a built in control box so you can remove your old control box. You just plug your motors into the joystick cables. You will have to use the battery cables that come with this joystick. Battery cables doesn’t include the rubber caps. You can transfer your old ones if desired. Everything is color coded. Blue plugs into the blue plug, yellow plugs into the yellow plug red plugs into the red plug. This also includes the circuit breaker. Please see video to see the hook ups. This joystick may read the battery readings a little different than the original. If you go up a hill you will see the battery light go down and when you go to flat ground the battery level will go back up. Thats just how it reads the battery level. You should get the same drive time as your old joystick. This doesn’t include the mounting screws for the battery terminals This will mount to your original mounting rod. Does sit about 2 or 3 inches higher. When moving the knob you can hear the springs make a popping sound. Thats normal for these. Everything works as should. This is modified to work on this chair.
