Livingston and Evans were also nominated for Oscars for songs for Why Girls Leave Home (1945), "Tammy" (from Tammy and the Bachelor, 1957), Houseboat (1958) and Dear Heart (1964). "To Each His Own" was also written for a film, as was "Silver Bells" (The Lemon Drop Kid, 1951) and several other songs for Hollywood musicals of the 1940s-1960s, including "Got an Invitation" from Swing Hostess (1944), "What a Dirty Shame" from Son of Paleface (1952) and "Never Let Me Go" from Girls, Girls, Girls (1962). "Bonanza" and "I Am Mister Ed" were just two of Livingston's popular television themes. Fine condition. Framed in the Gallery of History style: 19½x23.
