I purchased these directly from the JMM distributor, so they were not on a shelf for months at a local optical retailer. These are unworn, but tried on several times by me; while these are stunning frames, I am moving in a different style direction. I did notice a small scuff on the red case--it is very minor and difficult to photograph. I have wrapped the frames in a microfiber cloth to prevent rubbing/scuffs during shipping.
