The cartridge is in good shape though the label does have some wear and there is some writing on the back. This game has been tested, and works just fine. This listing includes the game cartridge ONLY. If any other insert, etc. was originally included with this game, it is not present. Testing Methodology & Notes: This cartridge was tested with a Old Skool Classiq N console, and was played without issue. This cartridge DID require some initial cleaning, but after that it started right up, and had no issues at all. I went through about 15-20 minutes of gameplay without issue. Please refer to the picture for an exact condition, as you'll be getting the exact item seen in the same condition shown.
