The hands do spin properly when engaged. There are scratches and wear. There maybe parts missing. It is unknown to me. I am selling as is for parts and or repair. If I have not address an issue it was not my intention. It probably has issues that I am unaware of. It needs cleaning and polishing. If you see a band has it has plate wear and needs cleaning.
