The thickness of this Teslin is 10 mil (0.01"/0.254mm), which is the standard thickness for this type of paper. Butterfly pouches are recommended for laminating Teslin in order to form a borderless ID Card. Other laminate pouches can be used if you don't mind have a laminate border on one edge of your cards.
