Claude, Jr. (1922- Dec 23, 2013) was a leading scholar in international relations & international organizations. He held academic positions in several universities, including University of Virginia, Harvard University, University of Delaware & the University of Michigan. FDC and signature both grade high. Noted on the back that it was signed in 1973. Provenance: We are privileged to have picked up hundreds of items from the Roger Harris collection. Harris was an avid collector of autographs who spent a great deal of time corresponding with celebrities, asking them in most cases what their greatest satisfaction was. He did this throughout the 1960's and 1970's and we are offering a wide variety of obscure and rare signatures in all collecting genres.
