Description: The first thing you should know about Ibanez Artwood series AH-100, is that they all aren't created equal. Even if you don't buy this one, you should know this. The number one thing to look out for is what kind of tuners does it have. MAKE SURE it has the GOLD GROVER TUNING MACHINES. These are some of the finest tuners I've ever played. Smooth , accurate, and they stay in tune forever. I swear I'd tune this guitar once a year just about. But then again this rarely ever got played. (It even has a bound neck. You just don't often see that on a guitar under $1000.) I've noticed other model years of the AH-100 used other tuners.NIT the GOLD Grovers. Also, make sure your Ibanez AH-100 has the mahogany back and sides. Some year models do not. They used Bubinga (whatever that is). This guitar, in overwhelmingly excellent condition, has both the Grover tuners AND Mahogany back and sides. Oh yeah, since it's a 22 year old guitar in nearly new condition, it's building that rich, warm character that only comes from aged guitars. This Ibanez Artwood AH-100 acoustic guitar is a dream come true for any music lover. With an Eglemen solid spruce top, mahogany back & sides, rosewood fingerboard, and gold GROVER tuners, this guitar produces a rich, warm sound that is perfect for any acoustic performance. The 6-string configuration and 20 frets make it easy to play, while the dreadnought body type and right-handedness ensure a comfortable fit for any player. Since the Ibanez Artwood series are wellknown for their high-quality materials, this guitar is built to last. The natural body color, mahogany neck material, and natural finish add to the overall aesthetic of the guitar. More importantly, as the problem guitarists know. Natural guitars have better sound than black or even tobacco guitars do. The top of the guitar is the soundboard, so anything you add extra to it just deadens the sound. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, the Ibanez Artwood AH-100 is a great addition to any collection.
