Pressure switches are not affected by flow and in a low flow condition the heater can still overheat, dry fire or fail. The flow switch helps prevent such failure, as it serves as redundant safety feature.This No Fault Titanium Heater is the factory replacement for the 2003 forward Hot Spring Grandee (G), Vanguard, Sovereign (I), Prodigy, Jetsetter, Landmark, and ILE models.
