House of Secrets 92 PGX/CGC 9.4 OWW Wrightson - Highest double signed on planet?

I have seen an image of the 9.6 signed copy and that is only signed by Bernie Wrightson. This PGX 9.4 verified signature copy is signed by both legendary artist Bernie Wrightson and writer Len Wein, who authored a story in this book and also the iconic run they did together on the original Swamp Thing title. Both of these creators have sadly passed away, there will be no other single or double signed copies coming. I do not see a census on the PGX website, but unless someone can identify another, I believe this is the highest and possibly only very high grade, double signed copy of this book. James Gunn is here now and the DC ship will get righted. Everyone knows the Swamp Thing movie will be made in phase one of the new DCU. We are probably still 2-3 years away from this movie but if Gunn keeps the magic working what will this issue be worth? If it just achieves some cult following status and the movie grows the character just a little further, will it be less than a 50k book at that time? Possible for it to be a 100k book? A few, and recent 9.8 sales of HOS 92 are pushing the six-figure mark today. What is the highest double signed 9.4 copy worth when there can never be another?
