INFO FOR FOREIGN (EX-USA) BUYERS SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS: Items must ship by Priority Mail or better, per eBay & PayPal requirements - this is non-negotiable. Priority is usually faster than 1st Class and includes insurance, but it costs more - minimum cost for a one pound package to even a nearby country like Canada is over $20, and it goes up from there. EMS is faster, includes insurance and tracking, is typically more secure and better handled, but is usually more expensive.
