Layered overskirt & built in petticoat crinoline for extra poof. Hearts on the sides are real pockets! Needs a good ironing- otherwise in very good shape. ‘Sweet Love’ was a brand sold at Hot Topic in the late 90s - early Y2K. First pic is in regular lighting- the rest are with flash to show detail.
