Description: "Homage to Alexander Calder" is a 112 page, 9.75"x12.25" hardcover edited by G. di San Lazzaro and published in 1972 in New York by Tudor Publishing Co. It's a special issue of XXe Siecle, and includes an original lithograph by Calder (see our 5th photo), executed specially for the book. It includes many small essays about the artist by various authors, 16 color plates, and many black and white reproductions. There are also b&w photos of Calder and his life. The book is in very good condition in a good condition dust jacket. The jacket has various scuffs and scratches (including a long scratch across front top), light edge wear, a small indentation at front left, an old price sticker on the front flap. The yellow cloth boards show several tiny indentations at front bottom. There are no internal marks and the binding is firm.
