Measurements ~8" long ~2.5" wide Care: Machine wash cold (never wash your pads/liners w/blood stains using hot water. It will stain your pads/liners). Tumble dry low or hang dry. Wash all pads/liner before use. The more you wash, the more absorbent they will become. You may soak pads/liners in water w/baking soda for several hours to a day to remove blood staining. Then, toss them into the washer. If there is no blood staining, you can simply throw them directly into a washer w/your regular laundries. Why Cloth?: Cloth pads/liners are great way to become green.
