Speller's colorful drawings were inspired by scenes from his own life. was represented by the Luise Ross gallery in New York and his works are included in museum collections including the High Museum & the Smithsonian. This piece was originally bought from Bill Arnett in Atlanta prior to the Souls Grown Deep exhibit.
