It is heavy solid 14k yellow gold, and the maker actually had to choose and fit each of these tapered baguettes into their channels, but they are actually not what they appear to be--they are clear cubic zirconia (CZ) when tested. A very fine looking ring that will fool the best of them. Get the big diamond look in solid gold, for a small price! Three curved channels of 24 tapered baguettes total, in graduating sizes create the appearance of "sun rays" or a rainbow, perhaps. OR...you can wear it with the channels pointing up--your choice! Carat weight is estimated at about 1.00 carat total. The ring could use a nice steam clean bath at a jeweler's. This unique, low profile ring measures 1/2" top to bottom. It weighs a hefty 6.4 grams, and is a size 8.25. It is hallmarked "K14" and tests positive for 14k gold. It is in very good pre-owned condition.
