Description: This is a gorgeous antique serving bowl from Hawkes in the Portland pattern. It's an oval shape with straight sides. It was made in the late 19th century and is in very good condition for its age. It has an acid etched Hawkes mark on the interior. It measures approximately 8.5" long and 6" wide. Two of the sides are about 4.25" high, and the other two are about 3.5" high. Very Good Condition: There's one small shallow scratch and 2 fleabites on the side, slight base wear, and a flake on one of the teeth. Otherwise, the piece is in very good condition with no cracks, no chips or other scratches that I could see, and no clouding. Please see photos for details.
