Description: Purchased immediately before Covid and fully re-furbished during lock down and only briefly put into production (see video). In storage now in Brooklyn and can be palletized and loaded on your carrier's truck. All bearings replaced including mixer gearbox bearings. This is a 3 phase powered roaster currently set up for natural gas. The roaster does not come with the chaff collector or the wet scrubber in the video. Note that a number of the pictures were taken on delivery before the new gas train was installed. Also note that these older roasters did not come from the factory with adjustable air flow which we retrofitted. We have owned and operated Has Garanti machines for almost 20 years and they are extraordinarily reliable and capable of producing Michelin Star standard coffees.
