Glatfelter Company. The volume has been bound in genuine leather by Arcata Graphics/Sherwood. End-leaves are a specially commissioned original marbles design of Iris Nevins. Edges are gilded and covers are brass die stamped in 22-karat gold. Cover stampings and design of the edition by Danial B. Bianchi and Selma Ordewer. Includes an Introduction booklet by the author (see pic 5,6).
