This is a completely wired dash base with our high quality Briggs & Stratton reproduction switch for your restoration. The dash base comes from Europe, the harness is built at our shop in New Mexico. Includes the dash studs and lamp shields, three bulbs, Briggs & Stratton reproduction switch with keys, and all wiring nose to tail for your project. Please specify if your bike is a Knucklehead, U, or 45" as well as your model year when you order so that you get the correct relay and battery wires. Your order will not ship until we have this information. This will fit 1938 and 1946 models but due to the copper fold over flag terminals, this is considered "detail-correct" for 1939-1945. With asking prices on used bare dash bases getting up over $500 these days, this is a very good value. We also use the correct 1614-18 terminal on the upper coil wire, The brake switch and headlamp wires are correct twisted, looped, and tinned wire ends for terminals. Wires are mostly solid colors as our research shows HD used traced wires on a limited basis prior to the end of WWII. Please study the photos and make sure this will work for your application.
