Septics were emptied by buckets on a pole into 55 gallon drums and taken to the dump between Netarts and Oceanside until 1919. Card condition: corner wear, crease in lower left corner, writing on front (arrow pointing to tent spot), border wear, light stains on back, note dated 1918, address/stamp/postmarked in Netarts date obscured.
