It appears the piece was machine sewn except on side where the crafter would have closed the pillow after stuffing with some hand stitching. I am assuming you could modify the hand stitching to your liking.See pictures for detail. Very lightweight and measures approximately 5" wide mid body, 8" wide ear tip to ear tip & 6 1/2" tall This will mail in a poly mailer.
