It's is hand signed in blue ink "To Clyde Best Luck Hal Kemp" This photo is glued to a piece of paper removed from a scrapbook. On the back is hand typed (presumably by Clyde) synopsis of Hal Kemp's career to date (approx 1938). This item was removed from a scrapbook during a house cleanout. All items in the scrapbook where addressed to "Clyde", who obviously collected these autographs and photos in Pittsburgh, PA during the 30s and 40s.
