Description: This porcelain plate measures approximately 8 3/8" in diameter. It was made by Gustavsberg of Sweden, and designed by Swedish artist Calle Blomkvist (1902-1983). The plate depicts a band playing in front of a window with two heads peaking. There is a banner that reads Vi Gratulerar, which means We Congratulate. It is dated 1973. The back is marked with many different languages meaning Congratulations. I'm not sure what is being congratulated, possibly a wedding or graduation. It is a very cool plate, in very good condition. There are no chips or cracks, and only minor wear. Please see my pictures, and thanks for looking! Fragile items are packaged securely and with care.
