Don't worry, its still the sturdy flap bag design with hoplogical features that won't advertise you're an armed civilian. The flap top design is more in keeping with the bicycle commuter crowd than the Low Pro traveler, but of course looks can be deceiving. They have used waxed canvas for the majority of the bag and 70-D ripstop nylon on interior pockets and Hypalon accents. The top flap of the bag includes a zippered pocket on either side, for easy access to your phone, wallet, keys or even your jewelry.
