Description: This listing is for an original sign / plaque fresh out of the recently closed Greensburg Pennsylvania PA STATE PRISON. This Rare ORIGINAL piece reads “Unauthorized area- Inmates Assigned to this Area Only” in bold blue letters on a yellow background. I believe it is a sign that could be original to the prison. It likely came out of an area that inmates doing jobs were only allowed in, or prisoners on good behavior. It is made of a heavy duty plastic instead of metal, for somewhat obvious reasons. The design is excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. It makes this an excellent staple piece for your collection, one your friends definitely won’t have! A great collectors item, for use display gifting or decor. It is in good condition, with no major damage. Has the expected vintage wear from use. No cracking or chips.
