Description: Edit: I've had a few questions about this, regarding the dustjacket. The jacket is in a Brodart wrap. It's not glued on nor taped to the jacket and does not affect the cover in any way, like a library book. Those are usually ruined bc of the wrap. This is simply a Brodart protective wrapping, pretty standard for antique and collectible books to keep the dust jacket in good shape. The first (new) 7 pictures are the book without the Brodart so you can see the jacket. Now back to the original description: Up for sale is a first of this American classic. True first print, not clipped, price still intact. Book is clean and pretty and in very good shape. I'm no professional grader so the pics are your best description. Dustjacket is pretty. One minor chip/tear on the front upper left. See pics. If you missed that last pretty copy of this when it was up recently, here is your chance to get it. Don't delay. Ignore the goofy brodart. I've not seen this style with the perforation at the top that leaves like a half inch to fold down. Not going to risk trying to fold that with this book and that dj. I'll replace it before sending.
