Description: *****PLEASE READ*** The 11/10/1973 show comes from the Winterland 1973 box set. You will receive 1 show, 11/10/1973 and not the entire box set. The 11/10/1973 show has 3 CDs. The CDs have never been played and they have never been removed from its case. The cd case was not wrapped in plastic and only the box set itself had a factory plastic and it was only opened to take pictures of the inside showing the CD sleeve. This includes only the show in the pictures and it does not come with any other shows or items from the box set. The CDs are brand new and have never been played! Once the damaged item claim is settled, you will receive a full refund*** This cd has never been played. There are dings and bends on the four corners on the front and back. Please see the pictures. I took pictures of all 4 corners on the front and back. The corners have areas where they are not perfectly sharp and square and the four corners are rounded on the front and back. The CD sleeve is angled and does not line up evenly and the spine is not straight but at an angle. On the front of the cd case, the bottom left hand corner is creased, and the creases continues onto the bottom edge to the right of the bottom left hand corner and it is creased below the N in the month NOVEMBER. The top and bottom right hand corners are rounded. There are bent edges and white scuff marks on the right side edge of where the CDs are removed from the top right hand corner to the bottom right hand corner. On the back, the top and bottom left hand corners are rounded and they have white scuff marks. The top and bottom right hand corners are rounded and they have white scuff marks. The right side edge on the back has white scuff marks from the top right hand corner to the bottom right hand corner. There is a round indentation and crease on the middle right side edge about the size of a penny. The spine of the cd case bottom edge is creased and bent and there is a round white scuffed area above the bottom edge on the spine. The area where the CDs are removed also has the round white scuffed circle area above the bottom edge and the bottom edge is also creased. All four corners on the front and back are rounded. Please see the pictures. There are other areas of imperfections, scratch marks, and marks on the cd case. I am the original owner. Please contact me with any questions.
