This design was inspired by vintage mosaic floral jewelry which I love but also with a modern twist with the Grateful Dead skull. Also I love vintage French Plique-à-Jour the look of this jewelry has always fascinated me. Each piece is so unique and colorful. So I worked with a designer and we came up with this fabulous new design. To keep it more affordable instead of it being done in the traditional 18k gold. This is done in Sterling Silver with natural and lab created gemstones. I think the results are stunning I hope you love them as well. Please check my store for more deigns and different sizes. This pendant has a Fire Opal center and the teeth are also Fire Opal when the sun reflect off this pendant it comes to life. The skull has Iridescence Mother Of Pearl against colorful gemstones purple Turquoise and Spiny Oyster. The red rose flower completes this skull adding a beautiful unique look. This is a nice size pendant with a lot of detail work and beautiful colors. The micro inlay work done by hand is stunning. This involves very small cuts of stone or shell and makes a design or picture when finished. This an art and very time consuming but the results are stunning! The back of this pendant is all Sterling Silver and is stamped. It has a nice larger size bezel about 5mm inlay-ed with Fire Opal to add even more beauty! Please look at the pictures for EXACT measurements. This pendant looks so much better in person it's stunning. It's really is hard to capture the beauty through a camera. Unlike in conventional production, this pendant is handmade. Small imperfections may exist due to the handmade nature of this item.
