The pillow cover itself measures about 18" square, when laid flat. I have two available that are being sold separately. This is for the cover only. Buyer needs an insert for the pillow. The pillow has a zipper for closure. Buyer is buying the one pillow cover that is shown in the main picture. This and the others I have listed were purchased from an estate in Carmel, Ca.
