Description: This auction is for a large and quite dramatic vintage figural peacock brooch. His body is inset with sparkling crystal faceted rhinestones that glitter like tiny diamonds. Each of his fanned tail feathers has a large faceted pink crystal "eye" and a cap holding the large stone that is also inset with more tiny crystal round rhinestones. His entire body and the branch he is standing on are totally inset with crystal stones. I see no missing stones, but will check in better light, and most of the stones are clear and sparkly. A few of the stones have darkened with age, but are original to the brooch, so I left them as they are. This spectacular figural brooch measures 2 3/4" in diameter. What a treasure! If an item is damaged in shipment or there are any condition issues that I missed, please send me a note and a photograph. No returns will be accepted without a photograph.
