It allows up to 4 inches deep of soil for you to plant whatever veggies, flowers, or other items your heart desires. The large opening on this dual spigot rain barrel is covered with a fine mesh, plastic screen. This screen keeps out debris and stops insects from entering your water supply. This barrel also features 2, offset spigot locations. Use a 5-gallon bucket or hose simultaneously with this feature or use the other spigot as an overflow into a different barrel.
