Blaine. Undated, but Blaine's presence dates it to pre-1972, as he was forced out that year by new owner Steve Wynn. The ultra-miniskirt on the lounge singer in the photo is a another strong clue as to the era! Flip-up pages give simple instructions for playing various casino games
