Description: This is a 2018 RAM 30 air replacement unit by global finishing system. It is a paint shop heater rated at 30,000 cfm. Power is 480v 3 phase and natural gas is the fuel source. The unit is in good condition, the controller and crated items were stored inside, the main heating blower has been on a roof the past couple of years. This unit was $54k in 2018. We need a larger unit so are not going to use this one. I am not aware of any issues but it is being sold as is where is. We have lifting equipment to load on buyers truck. Feel free to ask questions
