Description: Up for sale is an original piece of art by the awesome Gil Kane. This was before Mr. Kane got sick and stepped away for a short time and is not Ernie Colon. Star Hawks was a comic strip created by Ron Goulart and Gil Kane, first published on October 3, 1977 that ran through May 2, 1981. The panel shows water damage but does not detract from the art. There seems to also be bleeding from ink all over the back side but does not detract from the actual art. The panel is roughly 46 years old and displays very nicely. I would assume this could even be pressed to smooth out the warping but that is just my guess. This picture is large, it measures 17.5 in X 10.5 in What an incredible piece of original art!
