German Belsnickle Early Century Santa Figure Clay Face Hands Felt Suit

Description: This rare antique Santa has a solid body and wire arms that move. The face and hands are clay and clothing is felt. He measures 4 1/2" tall and 1 3/4" wide. In good condition given it is over 100 years old. Legs move a bit but not in any position. Bottom of boots worn a little and beard has worn out a lot. Paper sticker on back reads made in Germany. He has withstood the test of time and would be an excellent addition to any collection of antique Santas.
