Description: German 100,000 mark bond. Issued 1 August, 1922. Full uncut redeemable coupons - to be redeemed twice yearly for 5 years1926-1930. Bond to mature 1 May, 1931. Bond and coupon sheet bear identical serial numbers (32 706). Both sheets are uniface (printed on one side only - backs are blank). These bonds and coupons were never redeemed as the German economy slipped into hyperinflation in 1923, making them worthless. Colours are bright and clear. Would make an interesting display for history buff, person in finance, scripophily.
