This unit has a cord with a nicked spot and good plug on it and this unit comes just as pictured. It has no water pan, dolly or attachments or hoses. It works just as it should. My shipping prices are based off of what I have learned over the years that items cost to ship and most times I lose a little on shipping. There is no such thing as free shipping, shipping will either be paid by the buyer or the seller will take that much of a loss on the item to ship it.
