These engravings are in good condition, but have some small defects: the edges may have age toning, a few spots and scuffs, smudges, minor fold or crease, very minor edge cuts -- all minor aging & handling faults. See photo(s) This is an original 1895 engraving, not a modern reproduction, from the original Leslie wood blocks used in the weekly newspaper. These wood prints were based on artist's sketches made at the scene during the Civil War. These engravings are just beautifully detailed. Note: The pictures can introduce some weird patterns not in the actual prints.
