Any quotes, invoices, etc. that you receive for international shipping is coming from them. I have no control over it and there is not even a way for me to see how much they charge you. The only way I am willing to ship internationally is through the GSP offered by eBay due to how many problems I have had with international orders prior to using the GSP.
