Includes gasket which is in good condition and creates a good seal. Please look closely at photos. Drawer has a small dent on the right side edge, a small dimple on the front and scratches on the left side panel. Photos also show where some of the original manufacturer plastic remains to be removed...it can appear at first glance to be damage or scratches but these are small pieces of plastic in the seams. I read in reviews about this refrigerator that this is a common annoyance people have with this fridge. Shipping to continental US only. Seller does not accept returns.
